Delete your ScreenJourney account

ScreenJourney by CoolNCoolApps

You can delete your account directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

Open ScreenJourney and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings.
Under Data & Privacy, select Delete account & cloud data.
Review the warning and confirm deletion. Google may require a recent sign-in.
If Drive backup is enabled, select Delete Drive backup separately before deleting the account.

Request deletion without the app

Email nahid.coolncoolapps@gmail.com from the Google email address used for ScreenJourney. Use the subject “ScreenJourney account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account and server-side Cloud AI usage counters.
When completed in the app, the local encrypted database, screenshots, thumbnails, blurred images, notes, settings, and cached files on that device.

What may remain

An optional encrypted Google Drive backup remains until you use Delete Drive backup or remove ScreenJourney's app data from Google Drive.
Pseudonymous app-information correction reports may remain as aggregate catalog-quality signals. They contain no raw Firebase user ID or email.
